Clothes during Rainy Season

Semarang, Indonesia
February 8, 2021 4:22pm CST
Hello, here is rainy season. Almost the whole day is raining. Sometimes all day long rainy without stop. What I will discuss is washing clothes, simple thing, but it is very important. Even though I use the dryer, the clothes will dry for almost 3 days. I can't imagine for people in my country who live in the countryside and still traditionally they don't use a washing machine or a dryer. How about you handle the laundry during the rainy or cold season? photo google Bobo.id

I'm lucky to have a good area to hang my clothes as it gets a lot of sunlight. Yesterday, it was gloomy but I did the laundry so I still had to hang the clothes. When the sun took a little peek, it was enough to totally dry them all up.

Yeah, we have to catch up with the sunshine. We also have to peek out, whether the sun is shining or not. if shining must immediately arrange clothes on the hanger. So I and the sun are both peeking . Because I don't have transparent roof. Thanks @sol_cee

I love the rain and we just received a brief drop this morning. Yes, it's a bit difficult when it rains constantly and the laundry piles up. The dryer should actually remove the liquid and the clothes could be hanged inside the home with hangers. Sometimes, I let the electric fan swivel to dry up the jackets and the sweaters quickly.

Yes, actually rain is very fun. But we get a problem to drying clothes. I agree, the washer and drier only to reduce water. For dry completely must be put it on the hanger. Wow, an electronic fan could be a great solution. thank you

I can't imagine living without a washer and dryer. It's just something we expect to have like a refrigerator. My clothes dry in an hour give or take. 3 days? Perhaps you need a new dryer.

I can relate to that situation when I was in the Philippines and no dryer to use. The clothes stink when they don’t dry fast.

We hang our clothes on the inside. I rarely hang my clothes outside to dry.
