What I'm Thankful for Yesterday, February 9

Obviously, I didn't post this yesterday as I usually do. It's not because I didn't have anything to be thankful for, I did. I was waiting for a delivery that didn't happen. According to tracking, my phone should have arrived by 9 PM last night. I stayed up and waited. It wasn't delivered. Tracking today shows the same, 9 PM today. Different day, same time.
I'm thankful most for finding my keys in the car yesterday. I know many of you read that post. I'm so happy I have them. It took all the stress away.
I'm thankful for the work I did on Vendetta yesterday. I got a lot done and expect to get a lot done today. I have a hundred pages to read/edit before I get to my stopping point and can move forward and finish the novel.
I'm thankful my friend stopped by yesterday to bring me some art supplies for a project for the ADRC. It will be fun to see what the whole project looks like when they open their doors again.
I'm thankful for starting another puzzle. I have a thousand-piece puzzle I've been working on for several months now behind me. I'm slowly getting that one worked. It's a challenge. My brother and sister-in-law gave me another puzzle when I was recuperating from knee replacement surgery. I opened it a couple of days ago and got the edge on it together yesterday. It's all the lighthouses of Door County. I also have all the Door County lighthouse magnates on my fridge. It's 550 pieces so shouldn't take as long to put together. At least I hope not. Getting the edge together was 'fun'.
That was my day yesterday along with watching TV while I waited for my phone to show up. I watched a cute movie on Netflix. Animated kids movie. Charming. Not your typical fairy tale. Still a good movie.

I thought I missed the thankful challenge you post everyday. I've missed a few of them. Glad to know you didn't. Er.... did well you get the idea, I hope.
I am thankful the weather held out, and I managed to get out and back with little issue. I'm thankful I felt a little better, despite doing so much house work the day before. I had plans to mop the kitchen at least yesterday, but decided to be kind to myself and take a rest day instead. No need to kill myself. Still managed to get an easy workout in though.

My mother did puzzles during the winter months, I've never done this. I wonder why your phone hasn't arrived:( We are watching a movie tonight, I'm not sure which one though. Maybe an animated kids movie! All our needs are met, at this very trying time. Thanks be to the Lord, who's always faithful:)

@kobesbuddy I've seen all those and the live-action Beauty and the Beast. It's good. I wasn't a fan of Shrek.

@just4him Jay and I love watching the Lion King and Shrek. Another favorite is Beauty and the Beast(original).

I hope that your phone comes today. I know deliveries seem to be slower lately. So happy you found your keys, I know that was a relief for you. Mike's mom has been doing puzzles and paint by number to occupy her time when we and other family aren't there with her. Glad you are getting closer to the end with Vendetta.
I am thankful for the daffodils that are blooming around our yard, always our earliest signs of spring coming.

Thank you. It did. Yes, I'm very happy I have my keys where they belong.
That's great she does. It's relaxing.
I don't know how close to the end I am, but at least the fixes are almost finished and I can continue soon to the end of the novel.
I hope it's not too soon for the daffodils.
