Diet and Exercise Go Hand In Hand!!

Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. I have been working out since a long time but have seen results recently before few months. I changed my diet a little by avoiding fast food, sweets and baked goods. I ate home cooked meal and included fruits/ veggies more in my diet. I eat fast food and sweets occassionally that too in portion control. I don't follow any particular diet and just made little changes in my diet along with workout which is helping me a lot. I feel both things i.e. diet and exercise are complementary to each other. Do you guys follow any diet plans? Kindly share your thoughts and experiences about it.

So good to hear that your dieting and exercise have shown results. This post is like a little pinch for me, because on the contrary I have not been exercising at all the past few days. How do you find the daily motivation to stick to your diet plans? I had a successful diet last year, but quickly gained it all back when being made to stay home due to lockdowns.

I am not working currently and at home so workout helps me to be sane and it's refreshing. Try doing it early in morning around 7-7:30 am. The results I have got motivated me to do workout everyday and eat in portion control. Take care dear. Just wake up and do it, don't think much about the results. Results will show but it will take time.

It seems you are trying to loose weight. I agree with you, right food with right amount and in the right time really matters. Exercise is equally important. So no need to starve for loosing weight. You can loose fat with controlling the food.
