I'm smoking for about 5 to 6 years now and I was wondering how I can quit smoking? I keep on trying ways on how I can break it. Making myself occupied is good, but it didn't work for me in a long run because making myself stress makes me feel that I want to smoke.
I've stopped using this site because I'm studying myself on, how can I stop my bad habits. I tried alternatives like a vape. I was able to stop smoking, but I started smoking again after 3 months of vaping.
Every day I keep on blaming myself that if I smoke someone might smell it, or someone might get angry because of the odor. Until Feb 8 2021. I've decided to stop taking it. Complete stop! My body isn't looking for it. When I didn't feel anything when I see my cigarette boxes, unlike before that when I see it. I'll take one and enjoy it
Well. I'm so glad that I was able to end it, and I'll try my best not to take it again. I was even throwing a joke to my partner that (oh, I'm tired. Can I smoke?) and she will say "go ahead", but no I'll not.

Indeed, and I always say that to myself that doing it every day or every 2 hours every day isn't good not only for myself but also for my neighborhood. Even though I was trying to avoid it by going to farther place but still I can't stop to do it on my place since I have work to do. Luckily I was able to stop it. This is the fourth day and everything is great.
