When was the last time you praised someone?
Praising is a kind word we can give to anyone to acknowledge their good deeds or behavior.
It gives us a nice feeling when someone praises us, doesn't it? So, why can't we do the same thing to others?
I praise my husband always and so do my dog.
Whenever I say 'good boy' to my dog, his tail wags, proof that he likes what I say.

You are right - it is something we should do more often.
Last week my son (28 - still with us at home!) nipped out to the shop and offered to get anything I wanted - I mentioned that we were short of milk and off he went. When he came back and I asked him where the milk was, he said that he had forgotten about it. I then thought that I would have to go and get it myself, but he immediately offered to go back for it, which he did. I was very happy to praise him for this selfless gesture when he came back with it, and I think he appreciated that.
