Please DO NOT post about the Bank being 'frozen'. This is something that happens from time to time and is usually corrected quite quickly. It is only necessary to send me a PM.

I received a suggestion to read this post and now I'm wondering whether someone thinks I'm new here
I knew already about all that is mentioned in the post including the freeze and not to post about it. The problem is as old as I am for sure

@mysdianait Weird that you could have from two people, because I cannot suggest to those who already received the suggestion. I agree that the Admin posts should be automatically suggested.

Thank you for the update. I do think it would be a good idea when this does occur to make a post that says, "Hey, the bank is frozen, we know about it, we are working on it," and maybe even find a way to make it the top post in any section a member may visit so that it is readily available and easily seen.
It avoids the need to post these kinds of reminders, since I suspect every time this happens, people will not remember this advisement, and will post about bank freezes. lol
