Or did the whole series (on FOX) take place before the Arrowverse? Yeah, I think that's how it works; because BATWOMAN sets it with the girl being 'Bruce Wayne's cousin' who comes in and takes over at Wayne Manor (and naturally takes over in the Batcave and the Vigilante Justice department). I'm 're-watching' GOTHAM (I didn't watch it the first time--not enough to get 'into the storyline'--but I hear it was cancelled a year-or-two ago and ended with an adult Bruce Wayne becoming BATMAN). I'm still kind of curious 'which universe GOTHAM is in' (i.e. which movie-Batman did GOTHAM's Bruce Wayne grow into?), but really I wanted to mention my new 'favorite partnership': Oswald "The Penguin" Cobblepot & Edward "The Riddler(?)" Nygma. I'm not sure if E. Nygma is "The Riddler" in this universe (sure, E. Nygma is his name and he does like riddles; but he hasn't donned the green leotard yet and his biggest character-flaw is more like Two-Face (split-personality).) But the Penguin/Riddler partnership: Nygma had just lost 'his only love' (when he 'accidentally' killed Miss Kringle) and Penguin had just lost 'his only love' (when an enemy killed his mother).
