It’s also good that this 30-day countdown of songs with “heart” in the title is almost over. Gee, haven’t I used this song before? Why yes, I have.....

The man who gave us some of the best sax (read that carefully!) in the 70s with “Baker Street” didn’t stop there. To this day, 43 years after its release, Gerry Rafferty’s 1978 masterpiece City to City remains one of my all-time favorite albums. It’s an amazing album.
And if you know anything about me, you know I love harmony. And man, does this song make great use of the human voice as an instrument!
Yes, I’ve used it before. Yes, I’ll use it again. The last time I used it a lot of people commented what a pretty song it is. No argument!

@FourWalls I am not sure why I never bought his album, or my brother for that matter. I heard Baker Street like every other song when it was hot on the radio.

sadly the author writing on my heart choose black ink. Black doesn't show on Baclk.
