Actually, not really. I also make enough food that there's rarely any leftover. So, I don't have to worry about it.

I really like stir-fry. Especially because when I suggest stir-fry Hubby cooks!

. It is one of his specialties. He rarely used any leftovers though. And he tried to make exactly the right amount so there won't be any I like leftovers.

@vandana7 I think it depends on how big the slices of the beef meat. For me, it usually takes 2 hours until tender that is why I mostly use canned beef. No, it is not minced. It was in blocks and I cut them into small slices.

@thelme55 Koftas are a sort of meatballs (they are long and not round) usually made of lamb or beef with spices mixed in, they are typical of Moroccan and Greek cuisine.
