Good day friends
A few minutes ago, I realized that tomorrow is February 14, or as some call Valentine's Day. As an Orthodox woman, I have never celebrated that this day is the holiday of Saint Trifun, the protector of winegrowers. Basically, the essence is that young people here celebrate Valentine's Day, as well as my son.
A few days ago, I saw him looking for a suitable gift and I offered to make him "fake" ice cream, as well as heart-shaped pizzas (I came up with the idea when a member wrote a post about a company that will make heart-shaped pizzas). My son agreed, I bought some of the material, but not all of it. I have to buy it tomorrow.
Please keep your thumbs up so that everything turns out nicely.
Do you celebrate Valentine's Day?
P.S. The picture is from the internet to see what it is about. I hope that I will also photograph my masterpiece.

That is sweet that you are helping your son celebrate Valentine's Day. I'm sure he will appreciate your help.
My girlfriend does not like Valentine's Day, as she thinks it is too commercialized. Why should we only have one day of the year to profess our love to our partner? Every day should be Valentine's Day. Anyway, we are still celebrating it, but I am cooking her a nice homemade meal tonight. I already buy her flowers on a weekly basis, so I won't be buying flowers and chocolates and sweets and heart-shaped gifts and all that other stuff. Just a quiet romantic day together.

@Nevena83 I try to treat every day like Valentines Day. I want my girl to know how special she is all the time, not just one day out of the year.

Saint Trifun, I never celebrate a holiday to honor a saint. We will display love between me and my husband, as we always do.

@Nevena83 We never honor saints, only the Lord Jesus Christ who was God in the flesh.

@kobesbuddy Orthodox people respect many saints here, sometimes by not working hard in the fields or eating fasting food that day.
