It's been days so I track my parcel again today. Guess what? It's missing!
But why saying it On Hold when it's missing?
So I contacted First sister to tell her to claim for refund as she's the sender. Luckily it's not something really important and irreplaceable.

The company lists the package as "on hold" to give them time to try to find the package they have lost. It is possible the package was misrouted and will return to the routing station when the person who has it by mistake realizes it doesn't belong in his vehicle or it could mean someone decided the package looked like it had something valuable in it so it was stolen by someone at the routing center.
Here, the package must be 'missing' or 'on hold' for at least seven days from the ship date before the company will investigate and declare it is missing instead of 'on hold'. I don't know if the rules are the same there, but that is a possibility I would check into if it were my package and I was concerned about it.
I hope this information is helpful in this case, Notlilie.

@prinzcy You're welcome. I hope they locate it, too.

you never know with post offices. On-hold could simply mean that it was damaged. Or that they lost it. Or worst of all they just decided heck we aren't delivering this one!

@prinzcy sorry about that. I think the courier personnel should be more careful when handling parcels and other stuff

If it is beyond the promised delivery date then a refund could be asked for.
