Biscuits Butter Blueberry Breakfast

Just finished a late breakfast of homemade biscuits, butter, and blueberry jam.
Sometimes I will cook grits to go with the biscuits. But today, the biscuits were plenty. I also had a biscuit with fresh honey and butter. So good.
Have been bird watching all morning. And the freezing rain is falling every now and then. The deck is covered in ice. I don't plan to go out any more today. Snow will be here later, so they say.

I have to admit I haven't had a sweet breakfast in a long time, I'm not sure why ... but great idea! I would add another cup of warm milk to this breakfast

I need to get your biscuit recipe so I make them once and for all (still haven't!)

Your biscuits look better than my English Muffin that I had this morning.
We're due for some sort of nasty ice or sleet later today and overnight. I'm hoping it will turn out to be rain and we wont' be iced over. Hope the weather doesn't get too bad there
