I Need Rest.

I am not sleepy but I feel some body ache. I have been exercising for the past 15 days for one hour a day. But today it feels different, it may be an early signs of my monthly period. I am still waiting for my husband so we can have dinner and then wash dishes and then go to bed. We will be having spaghetti. What is your breakfast/lunch/dinner?

I also woke up with body pain this morning and I feel so tired that I don't want to stand up. Don't have fever thought but I took paracetamol for the pain and I felt a bit better when I sweat out.
