Return Or Refund?

I just received what I ordered online. A pillow case for my bolster and body pillow. But I have to return and ask for refund because they gave me wrong size. Did you encounter same thing ordering online then you got disappointed?

Yes sometimes. I think that’s the risk of buying things online without being able to check them first though sadly

Sometimes I get a little disappointed that the color doesn't match, I don't return it because it's only a towel.

I won't ask for return or replacement, I'll ask for refund. I don't trust sellers with the first two choices. They might not give me another item. Better to get back my money.

This is something very common with my daughter. Every second dress she orders she returns because it is not to specifications. I have never returned mine.

@overflowing yea sometimes it happens, you just need to replace or they give a refund on the same. Hope it goes well

Actually I pity the seller and wanted to keep what I order..but I have nothing todo with it,so I think it's better to return and refund it
