Garbage, garbage and more garbage

Good day friends
Today we had the sun and a warmer day here, so I managed to convince my father to go to our forest to cut firewood. We ran out of wood and my father wanted us to buy wood from the neighborhood, but they cost a lot, and we get very little, and for less than that money we will bring home a full tractor trailer.
I once talked about that forest and said that the locals of that village made a big landfill in our part, and today when we went there, the landfill is bigger and a young man appeared who wanted to hand over a big trailer of garbage there at that moment, but mine father prevented. I know that person will return tonight and be extradited. That makes me angry, 
so I'll call the communal police or inspection tomorrow.
The laws here are very bad and there is a lot of injustice.

I'm sorry they are using the forest area to dump garbage. I hope the authorities will do something about it soon. Can your town organize a clean up for the garbage and place it in the correct landfill?

@LowRiderX Yes, I know what you're talking about and it's awful. We were silent for years, because we were always aware of that, but I decided not to be silent anymore and I just hope that persistence will keep me bored at the cost of them, I will not give up, and I am definitely afraid that you will be right somewhere.

@Nevena83 Aside from having a bunch of ‘holes’ in that law.
As you can already assume, in order to solve this problem, you need to have someone in the local community or municipality ... or in the communal police, otherwise you will only get upset and waste time. Of course, I want you to succeed and solve this problem within 30 min

I was always someone who defended the weaker, tried to help others, but I always felt helpless that I could not correct the injustice. So I'm especially angry when there are no laws to deal with it that way. I called the communal police today, but they explained to me that I should contact the inspection.

Not completely satisfied no but most people wouldn't dump garbage on someone else's property. That's rude and nasty.

@Nevena83 when the less are weak the people will take advantage of them. Put up a sign' trespassers will be shot' or would you get in trouble for that?
We know someone with as similar sign in his yard but I know he would never follow through. It might help deter those that don't belong though.

Honestly, I don't know, because it's another village and I don't know if they have containers, but that's again no reason to make illegal landfills.

@Nevena83 That's sad that our world is degrading to such conditions. You would think that we would become more civilized as time goes on, but it seems we are going in the opposite direction.
