@Bubba90 It doesn't matter it looks bad as long as it's still edible. I also sometimes fry the fish it gets sticky because it turns it too quickly

That looks perfect and delicious. And we all get better with more practice. . We all have disasters when we start with any learning.

I seldom cook fish this way. But in frying, it needs to be well cooked before flipping it over otherwise the fish skin will be removed

I don't cook fish too often, but when I do, I bake it. No need to turn them. I do have a huge fish spatula just in case.

If it is a whole fish I usually bake it in the oven. Don't need to turn it. But if frying in a skillet or pan gotta make sure there is enough oil in it. Hard for it not to fall apart when you remove it if it is stuck to the skillet. But if it didn't get stuck a big spatula should be ok.

I have an oven at home, but I don't know how to use it, so I just use the pan and apply a little oil, I don't understand much about how to use kitchen utensils.

Heat the pan first before adding the cooking oil, then pour the oil and see to it that it is already too hot when you add the fish one at a time. Turn off the heat to cool down a little the oil when you flip. The more it will help if you coat the fish with a batter of flour and egg mixture.
