Busy or Lazy.

I did not exercise today. Again.

Can I say I am busy? But I think I am. It's the first day of quarter exam of my son. After which I heed the call of those banana and turn them into banana bread and choco banana cupcakes. Afternoon is for work. Oh, I also do some laundry or more of I hang the clothes to dry after the laundry. I wanted to try exercising an hour or so after dinner since it is a weekend. But I want to mylot and lay down on my bed like my kids are hubby are doing. I succumb to just sit down and relax and be here for an hour or so before sleeping. I think I am lazy today.

@rakski Thanks. I took a hot soak in the tub earlier and took some Tylenol. Just resting in front of the fireplace and watching TV. It feels so good. I know I overdid it.

Maybe you are both busy and lazy..lol. It is cold out that is my excuse for not exercising. Besides there is snow and ice around. I will get back to it next week when the weather is more fitting.
