Eccentric Aunt or Not, NO THANK YOU!

I'm shaking my head as I write this because last night's dream was one for the books!
Do you have an eccentric family member?
Well, my subconscious decided that I needed to go visit someone's eccentric aunt last night! Some people and I (and I say people because the person(s) I was with kept switching) drove up to Ohio (Or was it Pennsylvania? because that kept switching too!) so that we could meet with an eccentric aunt.
I remember the house was large and somewhat intimidating. There was something about the place that just made me want to explore, but at the same time run away. The woman had all these weird sorts of rules too. We had to whisper and our steps must be very light.
At first we thought maybe it was because of her upbringing. So we followed her rules to the best we could. She gave us free reign to explore while she stepped away, but we stayed in her kitchen and tried to figure out what was going on.
The aunt was adamant that I needed to cut my hair. She returned with a pair of scissors and handed them off to one of my friends, "Cut her hair, my son will not like it so long!" Well, newsflash lady.. I don't care what your son thinks!
Her husband wasn't any better. In all honesty, the woman was the most normal of the group!
There were so many other strange things to happen in the dream. I got the impression that the woman was trying to pair me and my friend off with her children, but both kids were already married!

Yes this was a dream. The people I were with kept switching as did the location. At one point I was in a parking deck with a man monitoring who got to come in and out of the parking deck. We were at a hospital trying to get the vaccine.

There was a chunk of it where I was trying to get into a hospital to get a vaccine. It was such an odd dream

We all have strange dreams and they always morph over the length of the dream.
Two nights ago I dreamed that my younger daughter feels backwards on the wood floor when she was three and four a small round hole through her scalp. I knew to keep her awake but couldn't tell what was going on with her pupils. When we tried to get her to the one hospital in town or kept moving, then we were in the middle of a wear it something all the while I was worried for my daughter who happens to be almost thirty.
I told her my dream and the same night she dreamed there was a string in her throat and when she pulled on it the string for caught in something. She didn't know if it was stitches or what exactly. Thankfully she woke up shortly after.
Everyone has weird dreams. Sometimes we remember then other times we don't.

I always tell my relatives about weird dreams relating to them. Most of the time they are premonition dreams and I'd rather tell them and have them be more careful that day then not. That is a very strange dream. I think your daughter should be very careful over the next few days.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I don't get premonition dreams so she should be fine, but thanks for the warning.

Strange. I had a dream that I was operating a cash register. It had a weird way of putting the numbers in; and it took me forever just to ring one person out.

Oh that sounds very stressful! Was it an older cash register? I sometimes have dreams of cashiering but with an older (early 20th century) style register.

@ScribbledAdNauseum It had a tiny little cylinder; and the numbers were so small you had to press them with the tip of a nail; and I kept putting in the wrong numbers!

@LindaOHio Oh that would be such a frustrating dream! I'd have to chock that one up to a stress dream for sure.

It was crazy, but then last night's dream was even more crazy. I might write it up if I have time (I need to get ready to go to tea)

@MommyOfEli2013 I tend to remember them as long as they are the first thing on my mind. Sometimes I remember more than others. Here lately my more complex dreams come in the middle of the night and I wake up and go back to sleep to dream something else.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I don't think my dreams have ever been too crazy....but then again I forget them pretty quickly. Maybe I should write them down upon waking up. Well if you do write about it, then that would be interesting to read
