I don't know how but I have an insect bite at my arm. I thought at first it was cause by the resistance band I use for exercising. But it is just on my left arm and none on the right. Last night it was a bit swollen like 3 inches round. Only a bit red and the middle area where the bite may be is more pronounced than the surrounding area. I just put some ointment last night. It is not itchy but tender to touch. I wonder what bite me?

maybe a spider bit you ? I have no clue but hopefully it goes away soon and doesn't bother you too much.

Apply honey if you have it. But that's really weird. Mosquito bite would normally be itchy, so it must something else.

Looks like a bee bit you. One bee bite is good. That pain will soon disappear.

3 inches is pretty big. i'm glad it's not itchy so you're not tempted to touch it. what ointment did you use?

no open wound, there is just a small rounded swelling on top of the three inches swelling. if you get my point

the swollen area is back to normal except for the bite itself, it is itchy when touched
