Do you instantly save new numbers on your phone? / myLot

I sometimes have this attitude of not saving new numbers on my phone. Last night, I absently cleared the inbox of my phone and that means losing some of my important contacts. But anyway lesson learned. Do you instantly save new numbers on your phone?

I don't since people from work would send me messages as well. I only need to refer to that if I want to contact them personally.

Nope. People have to send me a text message if they aren't in my contact list because my phone isn't supposed to accept phone calls from people I don't know. After I add the number to my contact list, then my phone will ring when those people want to call me.

Oh yes, I know some people set their phones in such way. In my case, since my mobile number is very public because I do a tutoring business, new numbers call and message me so sometimes i tend to forget saving them.
