Good afternoon everybody. It is 1.50 in the afternoon of Sunday, 21st February. It is a bright sunny day and hot outside at 32 degrees C. The weather had been changing past few days suddenly. It becomes cloudy and starts raining from no where. Same may happen today later in the evening. It is time for lunch now. It is Chicken Xacuti today for lunch. As I have said earlier it is typical Goan chicken dish, typical Indian type hot and spicy dish with grated and ground coconut gravy. I got required chicken from the stall in front of our shop. They sell live chicken, dressed and cut to pieces. Nothing much planned for the day. It is shop and mylot. in the evening. Hope everybody is enjoying their weekend staying at home. See you all after lunch.

Your lunch sounds delicious! We plan to go for a drive this afternoon to see some of the other ski towns. We are both so sore from skiing and snowshoeing, that we will rest our bodies today. Enjoy you Sunday!

Just roast some grated coconut with onion. chillies, turmeric with all sorts of spices grind the roasted material and boil them chicken. Your chicken xacuti is ready. You can take it with bread or rice.
