"Developed countries have oversubscribed vaccines." This is a phenomenon proposed in the report of one campaign, an international non-profit organization, on February 19, 2021. In the UK, 510 million doses of vaccine have been ordered, about four times the total population.
In the EU, vaccine orders reach 1.6 billion doses, three times the total population.
Canada, with a total order of 410 million doses, is 10 times the total population.
But at the same time, there are still more than 130 countries in the world have not been able to obtain the new vaccine at all.
Are these real?

If they are, then it's not a surprise. Developed countries tend to get the best of the best in everything. Are their systems great, no... but because they are more developed more children have access to education. More places have jobs for people, so on and so fourth. It's been that way.
However, I question the numbers as far as doing goes. First of all, entire populations won't get the vaccine, as some will refuse. Second, this particular vaccine requires two doses to be considered "effective", that being said, only half the people who get the vaccine will get it. so that's a lot of wasted vaccine. They may WANT that many, but wait lists are still a mile long for those who WANNT the vaccine.
