When you don't feel like eating

I try not to miss a meal. So I have to eat or drink something each time. I made dinner for Lil Bro (rice, omelet, salad) and hot cocoa for me. I had it with a pack of roasted seaweed. It's more like snacking but I feel full.
What do you eat when you don't feel like eating but you know you need to eat something?

If I don't feel like eating, I usually don't eat. *shrug* I'm a big person. If I skip a meal or three, I will still be/feel fine.

I don't skip any meal or snacks as it effects my sugar level. I always go for little or moderate portions. I don't feel like eating only when I am not keeping well. @prinzcy Same with me. I get acidity and gas if I miss my meal.
