One job down. Another to go. On this sunny and warm Thursday. And the snow peas are happy. How are you?

I worked at the preschool this morning for about three hours. It was fun. 21-month-old Tamir is speaking regularly in duos (two-word utterances) now and 3-year-old Vincent's language is developing well too.
We went to the park today, and all (four) of the kids "made friends" with some same-age kids they hadn't met before. Tamir is still learning that all Matchbox cars are not "mine," as he puts it. I had to chase him down and return
a truck to a 4-year-old boy who shared it with him. No tears.
This afternoon, I teach guitar to a mother/daughter combo. Should be interesting. Right now I'm cooking up some lunch and enjoying the beautiful day. My snow peas seem happy, and I see some cilantro poking through. Please sent some growing thoughts to my cilantro, as I am not a cilantro expert.
How are you doing on this "early Spring" Thursday? (The snow pea photo is from a previous Spring.)

I had a great day. I went to E-town, as we call it (Elizabethtown) for lunch, gas that was 35c a gallon cheaper than here in town, and a walk in the park.
No snow peas were harmed in responding to this discussion.

@TheHorse -- yep, up to $2.79 a gallon with today's price hike.
it's amazing, isn't it, considering the price of a barrel of oil was NEGATIVE last year about this time, thanks to people staying home due to covid. It's political, IMO. It has always struck me as odd that the CONgress that held hearings on why Post Raisin Brain and Kellogg's Raisin Bran were the same price, accusing them of price fixing, never see anything weird about Shell, BP, Chevron, and "local brand" gasolines all being the exact same price when the prices go up. Definitely no price fixing there, is there.

Have your gas prices been going up? I've been thinking of doing a "throw away" post about it. Ours have gone up more than 10% in the last two months. As someone who has to smell the refineries when I drive around here, I am ticked off.

I had a good busy day watching the snow melt. It's not as exciting as watching paint dry but the paint drying season doesn't start until May.

My son's preschool class has been exclusively on Zoom since last March. I understand why, but it's not the best fit for him that way. I'm glad that the teachers are planning to do some small group meet-ups in the park this summer so the kids will have a chance to socialize with other kids their age. They haven't really had that opportunity for the last year.

@spiderdust As a teacher, I should be able to get one soon as well. We'll see what happens.

I'm glad your peas are happy. Some warmer temps and sunshine have revealed the tops of my patio planters.

Sending positive, growing thoughts to your cilantro. You are so good with the kids. I am doing OK. 22 days until spring; and the weather is now in the 30s-50s. Can't complain because the s**w is melting! Have a great weekend!

I'm having a bit of trouble... I'm sure I'll get it figured out but... *sigh* I was told this paper would be simple. Maybe to them it is but I'm not enjoying it.
I'm glad you enjoyed your morning. How did the music lesson(s) turn out?
