Anxiety

My anxiety is a little higher than normal right now. Not sure why, I haven't done anything that I am aware of to trigger it. My mind is racing with fearful thoughts. It's very uncomfortable. I've already taken my anxiety medication so the only thing I can do is continue myLotting to take my mind off of the racing thoughts. I might play a game too. What do you do when you are having anxiety?

Your question shows that you assume that everybody suffers from anxiety and has to add something. However, I'm happy to say that this is not the case.

I'm having less anxiety now that I have been myLotting. I am waiting on the mail to run so I can get my new game.

I just try to relax. I don't tend to get anxious out of the blue though.

I do, I have pretty bad anxiety and panic disorder.

When I feel anxious, I find that the best way to calm myself down is to reason with myself. But that's just me. Everyone's different.

I'm sorry! I know how awful that is. I try to just push through it. Mostly by distracting myself with other things. The last time I had a bad anxiety attack was when I was going to have to deal with getting my phone activated.

Many a times I listen to uplifting songs or take a book and read on something.
