I got paid today

I don't check my bank account every day though I know I should. I just checked it to see if I had paid my credit card bill and was pleasantly surprised to see way more money in it than I was expecting because I didn't remember that today is payday.
Now I have plenty of money for rent and groceries for the next couple of weeks until the next payday.

Payday is always good stuff. We get paid our SS checks on the third Wednesday of the month.
