I fixed me a couple of eggs sandwiches while ago for my breakfast on toast. I added some salt and pepper and some Mrs. Dash on my egg and they turned out delicious. Do you use Mrs. Dash? What do you use it on?

Same here. I use it on many things but not everything. It does help to season and cuts down on my salt usage though.

@Tina30219 We use both salt and sea salt. I try to limit regular salt though.

@AngelisaQT Definitely. I buy them up if I ever run across them. Where do you yours from, if you don't mind my asking? I haven't seen any for a while but I hardly ever get out and about. I like to shop online.

@stephcjh Yep. The $1 seasonings aren't bad at all.

I use it sometimes, the lemon flavored one the most. I've put it on chicken the most. My go to seasoning is Italian seasonings or Cumin though.

@stephcjh Yeah, it's like lemon and herb I believe. That's the one I grab the most. Though usually I buy store brand because it's cheaper.

There is a no salt seasoning blend I get from Dollar Tree that is actually pretty good, considering.

I don't use it. I have a zillion other seasoning blends. I like Fox Point from Penzey's for eggs.

I have never heard of that before. Do most stores sell it? Just wondering if it can be bought through places like Amazon.

@stephcjh No I think you can only get it in Penzey's stores or through their web site

I can’t use it. Those little particles in it (like the celery seeds) are dangerous for someone with IBS and diverticulosis. Too bad, because I love the flavors.
