mom making fish snacks that i like

so my mom loves making food and snacks at home, and we all love what she cooks and makes. so this mornning she made this snacks from fish, in indonesia we call it Pletekan ikan, but i have no idea what to mention it in english.
so its texture is like a crackers but its made in this shape, it tastes savory and and has fish taste. this is best eaten as a snack or can be a side dish when eating something soupy.
this is how it looks like.
