What does your friend like? It’s best to work from there or ask what she might want.
My husband sister just had a birthday and I couldn’t think of what treats she could actually eat so we went with a safe bet. Starbucks! She working girl and could use a treat from time to time so we got her a coffee card so she could pick what she wants to drink when she wants to. It’s was $25! She loves it!
