After continuous rain the weather became cold for my mother, my mother was not very comfortable with the cold weather because she thought the cold weather made her bones ache, I really understood that. And finally today the sun is shining, nice to see that, my mother must be happy, she really missed tan in the sun.
do you have any tips for dealing with aching bones?

Yes, cold weather can definitely make you feel chilly all over. I have a little heater I use on those cold rainy days. A warm shower can also help.

Im sorry to hear it, yes you have to get injections for about 8 months, and have to take medication in sequence, in order to get a full recovery, I have served and treated tuberculosis patients, I am a nutritionist at a hospital, they are great patients.
how is your condition now?

my mother always does therapy because she has had a stroke since 3 years ago until now, her right body is paralyzed and when the weather is cold she feels pain.
stroke treatment is so slow, i feel very sad for her. I'm sure it's not easy for her, but I'm sure she's a great and strong woman.

@DianneN yes you are right, my mother has taken care of me with great love, so it's time for me to take care of it with love too, at home safer for my mother, and me and the people closest to us, limit activities outside the home. because we are aware that there are people we love who have diseases and are not young anymore, and are at high risk for corona.
You also have a great and loving family

Yes, thanks, her blood circulation are not running smoothly, so when the weather is cold, she feels like her blood is bleeding again. The doctor said that the stroke treatment took a long time to recover, if later she recovered, she would not really recover 100% like before she had a stroke, a feeling of heaviness would still be felt in her body.
Yes, we have specialist doctors every time my mother visits the hospital, but since Corona, we don't visit the hospital anymore. my siblings and I take care of my mother at home, it is very dangerous if we visit the hospital with a diagnosis of this kind of disease, I don't want her to be isolated in the hospital, and not see her for a long time.
thank you for your support and your wish, I hope so, she will recover soon. you are a kind woman

Dont you have a naturopathy or an ayurveda expert around? Explain them her case history. Also monitor her blood pressure regularly.

Yes we have, My mother's blood pressure has always been normal since 2 years, my mother is paralyzed in her right side, due to a stroke and a broken blood vessel in her head. my mother always said that her right body was very heavy, it ached, and also cramped.
maybe because the blood flow is not flowing smoothly.

Sometimes ibuprofen will help that or using a heating pad and mix it up with icing the area a little bit otherwise many of us deal with that.
It probably means she has arthritis in those bones or joints. Many use to verify what the forecasters tell us because sometimes it means precipitation is coming.

@Bubba90 if she had a stroke or other health problems you may want to ask a Dr before doing my suggestions. Maybe other things are also causing the pain in her bones.

@MarshaMusselman yes you are right I have to consult for every decision I choose for my mother's treatment, I have conquered that mistake following therapy at the clinic on the advice of my father's friend, he said there is a good therapy place for stroke sufferers, the therapy uses warm new from Korea, after 1 week my mother's skin was blistered and she had to have another surgery.

yes you are right, that's why it is very important to consume calcium, magnesium, potassium and vitamins when we are young, in order to prevent premature ostioprosis. my mom didn't take it when she was young and when she was pregnant because she didn't like the smell of supplements. even though it is very important for pregnant women to consume it.

yes my mother felt pain in her joints and felt sore, my mother also felt weak, and her body felt heavy when she was in cold or cold weather, her blood circulation did not flow smoothly because of the stroke she had 3 years ago until today, that's why when the weather cold or in a cold place he feels the blood circulation in his body like freezing and cramps in his right body.
