Eat like a beggar during dinner?

But here i am, halfway through the lasagna and it's 9pm. It's just so delicious, and I'm hungry. They say one should not eat after dinner since it is harder to digest food... but it's hard.

yes, i do not think i can either, i feel so bloated when i am full and i lie down.
