Why you might have a poor internet connection on your phone

I just heard this from a Vodaphone representative. Is it true? If so, it surely should be public knowledge. If not, she lied to get the deal. If you buy a phone from a third party provider then the mobile phone companies make the coverage and connection less good than if you buy directly from the provider. We shall see! I have had poor coverage ever since I moved, making "unlimited data" which I pay for a bit pointless most of the time. I did get a good deal, but that is not the point. I have queried the poor coverage before now and never been given this bit of information, So those cheap deals I see are at the expense of the coverage I need as I live in a place where it is hard to get a signal and I could have had a signal all along if this information had been public knowledge? I will be interested to see how downgrading my phone on an upgrade compares to the service I get now. Will it worked or will I return to my cracked screen because what was said was just to get me to take an upgrade of some sort and tie me in for a few more years? Watch this space!
