Teamwork is important

When we need to work as a team, we should work as a team. I believe in supporting my team by doing the best. Give me a task and I'll see it done. So what happened when teamwork didn't happened? I blow up. They must be out of their mind if they expect me to do everything. I don't even know where to start or what to do. So that's today's story where my bosses didn't show up and I had to cover for everyone. We have a very important report to submit. I was way beyond angry. I guess big boss contacted my boss to tell him to come. Which he finally did. At least one of them did show up. He knew I was mad. So he gave me money for food. A lot of money too. I used it to order drink and snacks. I even ordered for the person next to me. Just because. Image is mine.

If team mates will do all their parts... It is surely a great team to win the game like in basketball perhaps... Or whatever situation...

There are big boss, second boss which under big boss, indirect boss - I don't report to him but he still some way can give me a job, my superior and also Managing Director, which above them all. There are other bosses in other department but I don't need to report to them. It's a huge company after all.

@prinzcy I have worked for a multi national and yes there were those who were above me but I reported to only one who was immediately above me although some times the top most gave me jobs directly which I did not quite like. That is not how a company should work. But I always kept my immediate boss in the loop

That is very irresponsible. They must trust you to be able to do the work but it's very unfair of them to do this.
