The cashier of the mart near our house gave our BDO Rewards ( cards given to us when you have an account with BDO Bank, and you earn points for your purchases at their sister companies like SM and their retail stores.) to the customer next to me since I was waiting for them to fix the problem. Good thing the cashier noticed it otherwise, it would be a big problem because I don't know where the guy lives.
The points we earned were not even added to our present points.
Have you encountered similar problems?
Wish the management would do something about it.

all you have to do is give it back to the cashier and she/the store manager will be the one who'll handle it.
i'm sure they have a way to see the other customer's personal details in their system and contact the other customer.
or the other customer might also notice the wrong name and surrender the card.
regarding their sister companies, they no longer give points when you use it at watsons starting this march. but i don't know if it only applies to our branch here.

@Janet357 and i just found out my mercury suki card is missing. i was having 2nd thoughts of getting a new one, but because of this new policy of watsons, not only will i get a new suki card, but will also avoid buying meds from them again.
