Hello everyone, how are you all doing? Hopefully well.
Back to share my weight loss journey for today; March 3rd.
My weight did go down a little.
Last: 191.8
Today: 190
So that is 1.8 down.
Blood sugars? I promise they are getting better....just slowly.
Fasting: 230
Meal 1: 163
Meal 2: 175
Meal 3: 105
I like the number at the end of the day. I know it will probably be close to 200 in the morning...the fasting number takes the longest to come down.
So...what did I eat today?
Meal 1 --
One serving of the egg loaf I made with sugar free maple syrup
4 slices of bacon
1 "fatbomb"
Meal 2 --
Bratwurst with sugar free ketchup
Followed this with a Low carb/sugar free fat bomb
Meal 3 --
4 oz of thin eye of round steak
1/2 serving of sugar free BBQ sauce
Followed the meal with a mix of butter and peanut butter. Also mixed in some sugar free chocolate chips. - That was a delicious snack!
So - macros for the day?
Calories - 1,476
Protein - 62
Fat - 123
Net Carbs - 16
I think my macros were pretty good...protein a little lower than I would like but otherwise not too bad.
What do you think? Also, how did you do?

No, not just right before bed....My last one is a few hours before though

@DocAndersen Why is that? It goes up in the night because of the dawn phenomenon...I know this already

Well, I am trying....went out today and this place had a low carb "sandwich". Yogurt is good

Well, congratulations. Me, I need to gain weight because I have been losing weight recently.
