Weight Loss Journey 2021 - March 3rd

Hello everyone, how are you all doing? Hopefully well. Back to share my weight loss journey for today; March 3rd. My weight did go down a little. Last: 191.8 Today: 190 So that is 1.8 down. Blood sugars? I promise they are getting better....just slowly. Fasting: 230 Meal 1: 163 Meal 2: 175 Meal 3: 105 I like the number at the end of the day. I know it will probably be close to 200 in the morning...the fasting number takes the longest to come down. So...what did I eat today? Meal 1 -- One serving of the egg loaf I made with sugar free maple syrup 4 slices of bacon 1 "fatbomb" Meal 2 -- Bratwurst with sugar free ketchup Followed this with a Low carb/sugar free fat bomb Meal 3 -- 4 oz of thin eye of round steak 1/2 serving of sugar free BBQ sauce Followed the meal with a mix of butter and peanut butter. Also mixed in some sugar free chocolate chips. - That was a delicious snack! So - macros for the day? Calories - 1,476 Protein - 62 Fat - 123 Net Carbs - 16 I think my macros were pretty good...protein a little lower than I would like but otherwise not too bad. What do you think? Also, how did you do?

do you ever take your sugars right before bed?

No, not just right before bed....My last one is a few hours before though

@DocAndersen Why is that? It goes up in the night because of the dawn phenomenon...I know this already

Well, I am trying....went out today and this place had a low carb "sandwich". Yogurt is good
