I guess it's not easy as getting overweight do exercises daily for like 30 minutes, walking, jogging, cycling

@ithek15 those are good chores which make you fit so long as you don't over do so as to develop backache aor waist aches. Consume healthy and nutritious food you will be good.

Walk as much as you can.
Do the 16:8 fast to boost your weight loss.
The 16:8 is where you do not eat for 16 hours of the day. All of your meals are consumed within an 8 hour period. It has helped me when my weight loss went stagnant.

It's normal to lose a lot of weight at first and then not a lot of weight after awhile. I've found that fasting helps.

According to our NHS height/weight chart you are a healthy weight
The overweight bracket for your height doesn't start until 126 pounds.
