How I'm dealing with annoying one in my team

there mustn't be two suns shining. I stick to that principle every time I feel annoyed with a friend, so I just wait and see what happens. I have a teammate who always feels right, always wants to be heard and doesn't accept other's opinions. but the funny is, on many occasions to appear, he never wants to show his appearance. typical who can only scream from the back like this is a coward for me. he wants to be recognized but doesn't have a dare to be a leader in forward line, in the other words he doesn't have a dare to take the risk as a leader. that's why I'm so pissed off, because he always dictates others to do his will. for others who just being the followers because the laziness to think, this guy is less annoying. but for me whom not easy to follow someone unless he can show the right data or information, I am very upset. but to keep the peace of the team I often keep silence. yes, when we're argueing, I often end it with silence. and when it was proven that I was right, I just give my devil smile enjoying his embarrassed face. once in a forum he whispered to a friend and forced him to express his opinion, but in the end I was the one who opened mouth but didn't speak about his opinion, of course I told my own opinion and I got appreciation from our boss. it means that I was on the right side, wasn't I? he's pissed off, but I think I'm not guilty at all. he also has own brain and own mouth, so why should I use my mouth to speak the contents of his brains? how much can you pay to rent my mouth, dude? does anyone have experience with this type of people too?
