Weight Loss Journey 2021 - March 4th

Hello everyone, hope you all had a great day. Back to share my food/health journey for the day - Day 4 of getting back on track once again. Weigh in? I went down 2 ounces. Least it is down, I guess - right? Blood sugars? Not too great. Fasting: 217 Meal 1:163 Meal 2:154 Meal 3: 183 Not sure why it went up after the final meal since it was going down after the first 2 meals. So what did I eat? Meal 1: Breakfast out - 2 eggs, some bacon and sausage and cheddar cheese. Cold brew coffee with sugar free vanilla syrup and a bit of heavy cream. Snack: tried the enlightened chocolate cheesecake (only had about half of one) Meal 2: Philly cheesesteak meat in a low carb tortilla Added some mayo, sugar free ketchup and a slice of cheese. Had a caramel fat bomb after (sugar free, low carb) Meal 3: Finished the last piece of the egg loaf with some sugar free maple syrup 2 slices of bacon Macros for the day (best I could with not knowing exactly what the measurements for breakfast were): Calories - 1,521 Protein -77 Fat - 124 Net Carbs - 17 Sugars - 8 Pretty good macros, I think. Right now I am not fully concerned about calories...I am more concerned about keeping my carbs low to get my blood sugars under control. Once I get that in control then I will worry more about calories and such. What do you think of this day of eating? How did you do?

Your blood sugars are starting to come down. Your macros look good. I'm doing good.

That's true, only the fasting was over 200...and thank you. I think I need the higher fat/higher calories for now. That's good to hear

I don't do too well with eating these days. I tend to want to feed my nerves for the most part. I hate it because I would also like to lose weight. Good luck on your journey.

You sugar levels are a little up there. It sounds like you are back on track. Any weight loos is good weight loss.

that sounds good, I was trying to lose weight, and I did it, before I weighed 50kg and now 45kg, I still want to lose 42kg again. after that I want to eat as much as possible

Yeah, you really do need to get those under control. Me, I didn't do so hot. I had to fast, so yeah didn't exactly go well. I fasted of course, but felt like crap after.

I am working on that....just takes time. Sometimes weeks, or months.... Sorry you had to fast....that's not good

Reading what you ate made me a bit hungry. I'd love some bacon and eggs too~ Those are pretty small meals though, i think it's good.
