How do you improve your sleeping habits?

I'm improving my sleeping habits by doing it every day. Example I go to my bed the same time that I went to my bed the other day, and wake up on the same time that I woke up on that day. This pattern helps me to get a good enough sleep and won't make myself feel tired.

This is what most doctors and sleep experts would recommend. It's a good rule of thumb, actually. I try to do the same, but that doesn't always work out as well. I also allow some time after taking some meds or eating a meal before making an effort to sleep.

For me it is difficult to maintain my sleeping time as it is linked to my closing of shop, timings of which are flexible. I normally have alarm fixed at particular time but i rarely get up fully hearing the alarm. Most of the times I close the alarm and sleep again. I agree with you though one has to have fixed timings for sleeping and getting up. Your daily routine becomes smooth with that.

i don't have a problem with sleeping schedule. it doesn't matter when i go to bed, i usually wake up around the same time. and it doesn't matter how much i sleep because i feel tired anyways
