This was a snack my cousin served us when we visited her years ago. The combination was just perfect - tiny bits of pineapple and cheese placed daintily on crackers. You just cannot stop eating them. You guessed it right and that is it has now become a snack that I serve when guests arrive and eat it myself. Don't forget to wash it down with a hot cup of tea What have you been eating lately - anything special?

That is an interesting combination. What kind of cheese is good with the pineapple? I will try it!

@much2say I am not aware of those. Anything that can be neatly cut.

No, not really. Dumped a ton of sugar in some cerial. That's something I've been trying to avoid. Sometimes it's needed though.

@kaylachan If you are a diabetic I suppose you can keep it in check despite eating sugary stuff.

@allknowing Yes, I know. But to much sugar isn't a good thing. Plus just about everything you eat converts itself into sugar.

I am not too much into pineapple. My favorite sandwich lately is cream cheese and peanut butter with grape jelly,

This is the first time I heard this kind of combination. I'll try this next time. I didn't eat anything special lately. I'll post it here and share my experience once I'll try some special dishes or food combinations.
