routine exercise

Sometimes I exercise lightly using simple exercise equipment which I have such as 5 kilograms of barbell, double wheell to tighten my stomach muscles or just to prolong the plank so that my body is balanced, it is important for us to always maintain body condition after exercise by drinking whole milk with honey and dates is very refreshing, healthy and rich in nutrients Have you been exercising today my myLot friends wish you good health always pixabay

I used to go to the oval in one of our national high schools here in our city before the pandemic. During the pandemic my only source of exercise is gardening and walking to and from the grocery store.

I exercise in the evening, do a dance workout for like 25 minutes i think and after that some little and easy full body workout and cooling down and then have a lemon tea or just water with lemon

Yes, I do different types of exercise. Yoga, elastic bands, long walks, tennis and golf keeps me active. You seem to have a very healthy routine

Yes I do sometimes. I'm trying to keep my shape intact . I have a nice figure and I don't want to Spoil it.lol. I download the apps on.my phone and they are helpful

@omarslim Welcome to mylot community.Yes,I have been doing yoga,pushups and situps every morning. And in the evening I go for a 5-7 kms long brisk walk.
