Over 6,000 people in Kenya have received the Covid 19 vaccination, and no adverse effects have been reported..so, so far so good! Though I haven't received mine but I'm planning to go for it next week.
Is the vaccination already in your country? Have you received it, Or has anyone close to you? Are you planning to go for it?
Let's talk about this Covid Vaccination.

Our youngest daughter has various health conditions and allergies. Her doctor has recommended that she get the vaccine as she would have only a small chance of surviving the virus if she got it. It's good to be cautious, to weigh up, and to get some impartial advice.

I have had both of mine. I am glad I did. Covid changed the whole world.

Yes, I am in the UK which was the first place to start administering the vaccine. I haven't had it yet. The first person I knew who had it early on was my nephew's partner. She works in a care home and, I think, has underlying health conditions. My dad and my in-laws have all had their first injections as they are all over 70 with underlying health conditions. Then a couple of other family and friends have had theirs more recently. Our youngest daughter will get hers soon. My husband will be in one of the next groups but I'll most likely be one of the later ones to get it.
A few people had a day or two of flu-like symptoms - lethargy and aches - after theirs but most were fine. There have been no serious side effects reported.
