Writing a daily nursing home personal diary

There are so many residents here, that my Unit Manager found it helpful for those of us who liked to write letters in print or cursive, we could write a daily diary letter to her and have the staff put them on her desk.
Since I like to write, my manager said to write her of anything going on. It could be recurring pain that has not been dealt with, or it might be your bowels constantly clogging up because the nurse holds your myrolax or whatever. It is happening to me now.
It might be some staff member handling and ordering you around too rough. Like yanking your arm when pulling you over in bed. You don't yank one's arm anyway.
So I have started writing also. My manager told me my best friend started the trend, and it works out well for those who can write still.

i´m sorry that your diary is around nurses being rude to residents. I was hoping about you finding a flower you liked or a new thing you had learned. For me, the web has told me a lot of things lately.

There is one NA, not CNA (the first one is not certified and the second is), that seems a little sly. She gets a little aggressive and then she smiles to show me she isn't mad. So I can put my innermost thoughts and feelings in the journal or diary and then give it to her.

@OreoBrownie Wow! No one with health issues should be treated incorrectly.

that sounds useful to track behavior of workers.
i went to medical high school and we had practice at the hospital and i remember some nurses being rude to patients.

This is a clever idea. It would be interesting to see some (without the name of the writer perhaps) posted on a bulletin board.
