An Old Clock

It's 3 in the afternoon here, I just finished my lunch without having breakfast first 
My Gosh, I just realized that my clock is off, my watch is old enough so it often goes off. But, strangely this clock goes off twice at number nine, was it a coincidence? I hope so, because I honestly didn't have the courage to think about such horror things. 
Do you think I should buy a new clock or just replace the battery?

Just replace the battery. But if you must feel better, change the clock.

we had similar problem with our old clock, we changed the batteries like all the time, but it just didn't work anymore. get a new one.

I've replaced the battery, it seems like this old clock is still working
