Months back India had replaced Brazil on second spot of coronavirus world rankings. Brazil has again overtaken India to second spot after USA. With 120 million total cases USA leads the pack. Brazil with 11.5 million and India with 11.4 million follows USA. Then comes Russia, UK and France with less than 5 million cases. India has started its upward trend since February 8 when it had less than10 thousand daily cases. It has today reached 26,514 cases steadily increasing from that level. We now only hope the trend to reverse with the beginning of summer next month and it does not get as bad as it had reached middle of September last year when daily cases had reached almost 100 thousand. How is coronavirus situation in your country?

Things are getting better in the UK, now that more than 25 million people have had the Covid jab - that's more than a third of the entire population.

Nice to know that. At least there is one country which is benefitted by the vaccination.

Australia is doing really well but we still have the odd break-out from time to time.

Yes Australia and New Zealand are countries which are not affected much by this pandemic.

Here the covid cases are still raising and some people are no longer adhering to the health measures meant to control the infection.

The spike in cases in general has to be blamed on people not following social distancing norms but this virus is intelligent. It finds its way through the defences of even most careful person.

@msdivkar yes that's the most tricky part with this virus
