I found a kitchen fire extinguisher I didn't know I had. I do remember using a fire extinguisher once..it was probably the same one. Roomie examined it, and said it looks operational. Can you use them more than once? I guess as long as it has the fire retardant material in the chamber it is still useable. There is no expiration on it or anything.

@snowy22315 I am not sure. We had one for years and never used it so we threw it out after I seen that one explode. I need to buy another one.

Hmmm, well that wouldn't be good. It doesn't have an expiration date on it.

I think this one if it is the same one, was used maybe 10 years ago. I have set off the smoke detector on ocassion, but usually that doesn't require a fire extinguisher.
