Your faithful feline friend Mr. Kitty Whiskers shares a good chunk of it's DNA with everyone's favorite Tiger - Tony!
Well, not just Tony (Tony The Tiger from Kellogg's Corn flakes BTW), but every tiger.
Including this guy (or girl?) who looks like they are tired of your sh-tuff..
Anyhoosles, scientists also learned what makes tigers carnivores, what makes them big and so on and so forth. The most important reason for their studies is to make sure the aren't in-breeding which can cause extinction.

@ScribbledAdNauseum Yes. We bought a mounted one from the neck up last year to hang on the wall.
I could never kill one but I have never seen one up close until we bought one. My house is done in cabin style things is why we bought one.
My husband deer hunts also so we have deer too and some other animals.

@stephcjh Ah. I've seen that kind of decor before and it's just not my thing. Maybe a bear skin rug, but I don't think I'd want it hanging on my walls.
I've had deer meat before. A friend of mine hunts.

I love tigers, lions, and Bears and the Bengali Tiger is one of my favourites to date.
I love cats but its not a very good idea to have one in such a small flat with no balcony on it even.

I think the same see a cat needs some freedom of some kind not couped up in here.
The Bengali tiger is quite striking in the way it is and lives and its colours.

The Bengal tiger is quite beautiful. I understand about not wanting a cat in such a small space. Any cat I had would have to be confined to my room, so I do not have one.

I love all animals. I hope in Heaven I can pet a giraffe. I have hand fed a giraffe before; and it was so cool!

I'm not sure if I've ever fed a giraffe, but I think I saw one at our zoo. There are lots of animals considered wild that I'd love to pet.

I love bears from a distance too. I've been to Grandfather Mountain twice to look at the bears there. They're beautiful.
