Weight Loss Journey 2021 - March 15th

Hello again everyone, how are you all doing? Well I hope. Anyways, I am back to share my weight loss journey for the day. Let's start with the weigh in Last (March 11) - 190 Today - 195.6 Yikes...up 5.6 - I know it is mostly water weight though. Blood sugars: Fasting - 244 Meal 1 - 170 Meal 2 - 169 Meal 3 - 107 Was glad to see the number after meal 3. Was having trouble getting it to lower at night. Anyways, what did I eat? Meal 1 ~ We went to Burger King again and I got a bunless double sausage, egg & cheese croissant. I also made my own coffee and added my lower carb chocolate milk. Meal 2 ~ Bratwurst with mayo/sugar free BBQ sauce mix. Followed that with the Quest peanut butter cups (1 net carb for 2 cups) "Meal" 3 ~ 1 oz of cheese Genius Keto Bar (chocolate peanut butter flavor). Macros for the day: Calories - 1,482 Protein - 67 Fat - 120 Net Carbs - 18 Sugars - 9 I did a little over an hour of working out (Taebo & Dancing) and burned around 735 calories. Steps for the day: 9.589 Overall, I think I did pretty well today after not doing well at all over the weekend (as you can see by the weight and blood sugars). I will try to keep doing the low carb lifestyle, but it is a struggle at first. What do you think? Also, how did you do?

Your blood sugar numbers are high. I'm glad you got a good workout. I'm down 4 pounds in two days. I'm finally going in the right direction again.

The third was not high...but yes I know the others were. And it was not over 200 this morning which has been my struggle That's good that the scale is down 4 lbs...and it's going in the right direction.

@LindaOHio Yes, because I am addicted to them. Also, being a picky eater doesn't help. If I liked more foods and could like the alternatives I'd do better.
