in oklahoma is it illigal for 3 adult ladies and 1 adult male and 4 children to live in a 3 bdr house

More than likely it depends on the city ordinance whereever the people live. It also likely depends on whether the occupants are married or not. Your best bet is to talk to a lawyer to find out for sure.
