r indians r some younggals like us say 1=i ,4=love,3=you that is shortcut of iloveyou.i think u got it.becoz i is a single letter and love has 4 lettters and you has 3 so its 143

it is "i love u". it can also mean " i hate u". but it is used to mean the former one.
